We want you to feel confident in every touche purchase. Please read our return and refund terms below.

Consumable & Opened Products
Because our products are ingested supplements or applied topicals, we cannot accept returns of opened or used consumable products for health and safety reasons, except where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. This applies to all capsules, powders, and skincare serums.

Unopened Products
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs. To start a return, contact us with your order number.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Pre-Order Items
Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-order ship dates are estimates and may change. Pre-order items can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting a return, where applicable.
